Looking at a built rifle it says it has a R\R action can someone tell me yr and if it is a good action thanks

The RR prefix M700 actions are generally weak in primary extraction due to the camming surfaces on the receiver.
Beyond that, same as every other M700- some better than others when it comes to bolt timing/extraction.
The RR actions are more recent ('07 on, IIRC) after Freedom Group bought them out.
The receiver either has the "issue", or it doesn't- if there isn't a timing/extraction issue- and if the rifle shoots accurately- it should be GTG.
Even if it does have weak primary extraction, it's an easy fix- AccuTig does great work re-timing/welding the bolt handles to alleviate the problem.
