<u>This stock has NEVER been fielded</u>, and is perfect for any short action Remington project.
I originally bought a VLS in 6mm but sent it to Holland's Guns to be Ackley-ized on a HV 1-7" twist Lilja barrel (my dad wanted my factory barrel). Darrell Holland recommended that I go with his Heavy Varmint Stock for more stability and more strength, so the ex-VLS has become a benchrest only rifle./ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I was originally keeping it for a quick twist .308 Win project, but lost interest. ONLY $135 including shipping (it's priced as cheaply as a Richard's Microfit Laminate). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
