I have a Remington Sendero in a 7mag.I don't shoot the 162gr A-max,but I load the 139gr Interbonds and SST's for it.IMR-4350 has been the best powder for me in the 7mag.I shoot 65.3grs of IMR-4350 and I get 3240fps with this load.I have shot up to 160gr bullets @ 3140fps with this load, but it's very hot and I would not recommend going up that high,I'd drop down a few grains from that, but I wouldn't be afraid to push it to 3000- 3050fps.So yes,the IMR-4350 is a good powder for the 7mag,but like always, every rifle is different,so start low and work up.
As far as adding the muzzle break.I'd shoot it first. That heavy barrel on the Sendero really tames the recoil and I find it very pleasant to shoot the way it is.
