Remington Sendero I 300 RUM value?

Had a change of plans and am going to see my intended elk rifle. It's a Remington 300 RUM Sendero I model. No j-hook shroud. It's a "S" serial number. I bought it new years ago and it's been setting in the safe since, so completely new condition. Of course, I threw out the box I've been keeping for years just last year.

I'm already discussing the sale with someone that reached out to me previously. Problem is, I'm having a little trouble nailing down the value. Both here and sites like gunbroker seem to be all over the place.

Any suggestions for a source to value it?

Wish this had come through about five minutes earlier...I offered it for lower just before you sent this. Guy hasn't responded back yet, though.
