Hi everyone. I just bought a stripped Rem #6 Improved rolling block receiver for a new project.
  • Serial Number: 502269, so would like to know when it was manufactured
  • There's no stock, no Barrel so I'm not sure that I'm going to rebuild this to an original
  • or see what else I can make of it.
Having said this, I'm wanting to know what this Rolling Block Receiver is capable of doing beyond it's original build.
Meaning if I could find someone to build a .22 Creedmoor barrel for it, would that be a possibility?.
Or am I limited to it being a .22
Thanks

You are limited to .22 Rim Fire only. You'll create a "bomb" if you try to turn it into more,,,, not even a .22 magnum.
