Remington 700 Ti 270 win FS

I have a Remington 700 Ti 270 winchester with a 24" fluted barrel, fluted bolt body, bdl bottom metal and bell and carlson stock for sale. I bought it unfired and started load development but have since picked up other projects and haven't touched it in a few months.

I have the original box, manual, etc. and the only change is I added a TT special trigger. Round count is exactly 20.

Asking $2,250 face to face in the DFW area but could ship for an extra cost.

according to my research, it's a 2007 manufacture (based on the 2 digit barrel code) and is the "Alaskan Ti" model
