brand new, not sure on age, seems to be a little bit on the older side, probably mid 2000's to low 2010's era. I am picky about remington stuff and this is very nice. I picked it up on from a gentleman on accurate shooter and the plans I had for this changed.

i also have gretan parts to make it a full bolt (minus the extractor), for an extra $65.
