Will be much longer than expected before I can get to this project.
700 SA, TI factory engraved action. Has been square and lugs lapped.
Bolt has had m16 extractor installed. PTG firing pin assembly.
Trigger is factory, feels like it has been well tuned.
Barrel is a Douglas 8 twist, 500 rounds fired.
I have not personally shot this rifle.

If your FFL will not accept from an individual you will ever responsible for the additional charge.
