remington 700 sps tactical action question...

I know remington 700 actions are supposedly one of the best "out of the box" actions on the market, however I've noticed mine on my SPS Tactical .308 seems to be a little heavy. It's very smooth, it just gives the same feel that you would think of if the bolt were to be dragging against the synthetic stock or something. I guess what I'm comparing to is the Tikka T3 rifles that have the worlds smoothest stock action I've ever felt. What could I do to get my 700 tactical action to feel like this?

Have a gunsmith 'blue print' the action. That will smooth it right out.
