Remington 700 replacement bolt handle

I actually should have said "knob" now that I'm doing the research. I think the handle itself is fine at the angle it sits. I want something a bit easier to grasp.

If the timing of the bolt handle is fine (acceptable primary extraction), you can have the handle turned or milled off and the resulting straight shank threaded for commercial knobs. There are also short, threaded "adapters" you can buy where you'd cut off the knob, then drill/tap for the adapter as a DIY
