Remington 700 prefit/shouldered barrel

I'm looking for a Remington 700 22-250 prefit or shouldered barrel with a 12/14 twist. Can be new or used must be a lighter contour. A female friend asked me to assemble her a deer rifle in 22-250 (don't need comments about the cartridge selection as I have taken deer for 34 years with one out to almost 500 yards and never lost any and only had to shoot one twice). Please no shot out barrels either this is a freebie project as she's been a second grandmother to my boys.

There are some barrels on Gun Parts Corp. Factory barrels, not sure of the twist rate on some of them. Here's a link. https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/728790 The only thing I'll say is since the focus is deer I'd only take 1-12" or faster twist so you can shoot some of the heavier bullets.
