SOLD/EXPIRED Remington 700 in 270 Win

I am thinning out the heard as I don't deer hunt much any more.
Up for sale is a Remington 700 action that has a factory 270 Winchester SS fluted take off barrel install and correctly head spaced. Has a Weaver rail bedded to the action. The action had release agent applied before bedding so it should come off clean, but will not know until/if rail is removed.
For full disclosure, the trigger was an old one that I had laying around and came from? It does not always reset when you work the bolt. It would need to be tuned or replaced.
I did put it in a stock and shoot a sub MOA group with some hand loads I had on hand.
This was a project that never really got off the ground.

REDUCED AGAIN TO $500. This was a new take off barrel and has approx. 20 rounds down the tube.

New take off meaning that the barrel was re-reamed to fit this action and trued? Or, just bolted on and let it fly?

meaning that the barrel was removed from another action, and headspaced to this action. The face of the action was trued.

It is a Ti take off, it is 24 inches long and .64 at the muzzle
