Needs some TLC . When I move to West Texas I did not realize I needed a dehumidifier . I caught it a little to late. I have other hobbies and dont care to play with it. Would be a great gun for someone who enjoys refurbishing.

If it's all stock...it's probably a modified. All my Rem 870s, including that model you have, came with modifieds.
