Old school, Remington 700 Action complete with Tombstone Trigger and recoil lug. "No letter prefix" serial number and clip slot puts its manufacture around the late 60's? Coats of primer and OD paint mostly removed. Action has been blueprinted by Gunsmith near Ashland, Va. whom also installed the larger bolt knob. Asking $550.

I'm not good at judging from photos, but is it long or short action?
Tell me about the trigger as far as weight adjustment range, please.
Blue printing can mean a few different things to different people. Do you know the extent of the action work?

Thanks.

Morning. Short action. Trigger is currently at approximately 2.5 lbs; could be adjusted down quite a bit more. The Smith trued the bolt lugs and the receiver face, and flat ground the recoil lug. Let me know if you need any more info and thanks for your interest.
