How does the FFL transfer work in a different country

I have to apply for an export/import permit for both ends and use an import broker.
Pay the fees and transfers and that's it pretty much.

700 actions are hard to find at the moment for some reason, like everything else I suppose...

I was looking for a magnum action, ended up finding a complete rifle in 7RM for $399, BDL, new. That may be a possibility for you, if you can find a complete rifle in RUM?

Is it possible to get a complete rifle exported to you in Australia? Or is the action/barreled action easier to import as it's technically a part in that configuration?

I can import a complete rifle, whether it is stocked or not gets the same duties and fees. I contacted Buds Guns, they can export direct.
An action alone is treated differently and easier.
I have found several here, complete rifles ranging in price from $1395- $1699.
Prices here are ridiculous due to the 'Australia Tax'.

What's different between a rum action and a regular Magnum action?

Feed rails are wider, larger feed ramp and wider 'windowed' mag box and the follower spring is slightly different.
Had a RUM action and sold it...stupid huh?!
