Rem. 700 / Nightforce 5.5-22x56 RING SIZE QUESTION

I'm new to long range shooting and to ease into it I'm going to put a nightforce 5.5-22x56 with a 20 MOA one piece base on my Remington 700 in 300 RUM.

I've searched nearly everywhere and can't seem to locate what size rings I should use. I don't want the scope too high, just enough to be able to put the shade and lens cap on.

I will be using a nightforce base and nightforce rings.
