As the title says. Both are new. The base and rings were mounted, but never had a scope on them.

Steel Warne 20 MOA base for the Remington 700 Long Action.

30mm Quick Release High Rings.

Base has been bedded with J.B. Weld. A quick soak in acetone will remove it.
