This barreled action has seen better days. It was carried for two seasons by a friend of mine who was a guide apprentice for a Moose opperation in Alaska. It's chambered in .300 WM but will need a new barrel, current barrel has some severe pitting due to neglect in a moist Alaskan environment. He was not concerned with the appearance of this rifle and carried it loaded with 200 grain Partitions for self-defense only. The action is in good opperating condition but could use a little TLC. I replaced the trigger with a factory stainless unit, and added some BDL bottom metal and magazine parts. I also put a 20MOA base one it... I'm not sure of the manufacturer on it. It would be a good action for any project where a magnum bolt face is required. $300 shipped to your FFL. ~JT
