I have this rifle I am ready to sell. I bought it years ago to get my over 1500 and 2000 yd prairie dog kills. Remember when Varmint Hunter Magazine held that contest. My partner and I had both made our over 1000 yd kills and were setting up for over 1500 when his heart gave out so that project ended. The rifle never made it to the dogtown.
It is sleeved and has a bedding block as can be seen in the pics. It has a Jewell trigger. The barrel measures about 1.5 inches straight taper. The twist is 1 in 8. The forearm is 6 inches wide and the buttstock is 3 inches wide. The rig with the scope weighs 28 lbs. I don't know the round count. It was low from me and supposed to be low from the original owner.
I don't know the barrel make or the Gunsmith. I think it came from the Northwest.
