This is an Xmark pro trigger.
40x has the vertical screw in the housing in front of the trigger.

Definitely an Xmark - typically something folks are replacing as opposed to looking for. Just my $.02 worth ...

Heads up-- if you pulled that trigger from a newer PSS or LTR that was advertised as a "40x" trigger that might be what you ended up with.
I pulled 2 "40x" triggers but then when I dug into it they were actually listed as "40xp"... and they look exactly like yours.
Leads me to believe Remington did something to fancy up the X-mark Pro a little bit and then called it "40xp"... way different mechanically than the actual original "40X" that @Elkbelter posted.
