Did this die crimp when seating with a cam over? I have the one that dose the at and I don't like it. If it dose not I will take it.
I believe that by adjusting the seating die correctly, you can avoid the cam-over crimp when seating the bullet. Typically, adjust the die down until you can "feel" it touch the case mouth with the reloading press ram at its highest position (cammed-over). Then, back off the seating die by 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Then you can adjust the seating depth of the bullet to your specifications. I tried to find a link to the Redding site for the instructions for their standard dies, but their web site is a bit outdated.

Ya I have It figured out I screw it down till it touches the shell holder then back the die out a full turn. I just like the cam over better all my other seating dies I can cam over and they don't crimp.
