I have a like-new RRS BH-40 ball head. It has the arca dovetail allowing it to be clamped into any arca clamp making it easy to swap heads. I used it with an RRS leveling base so I could pull double duty as a shooting platform with the leveling base but clamp in the ball head for glassing or photography.
It does not have a clamp but you buy any clamp and bolt it right to the top. It gives you the flexibility to choose a lever or screw clamp, whichever you prefer.
