I know it isn't related but thought I'd at least give it a try. Our young family is looking to purchase a place in Florida. My wife's business has expanded to that area so we had purchased a couple condos but are now looking for a house. We are flying down next month to search and figured since this is such a great group of people…I'd ask here just in case someone was considering selling.
