I've had this on my bench for years and have rarely used it. It had some surface rust on it from being in my shop but I cleaned it right off with a wire brush and some wd40. Have the bit attachments too.

If this is the one with the Universal Spring Loaded shell-holder I will take it.

Yes I believe it it's. You push down oh the handle and that opens the springs. Then you slide the case in and release and it holds it tight. There are no shell holders to switch out.
