RCBS Gold Medal Match dies

What are the advantages to the bushing neck sizer over a standard neck sizer? The company I work for carries RCBS products so I was thinking of getting one for my 300 RUM. I don't currently neck turn, if that makes a difference.

Also, would I be ahead to get the Gold Medal Match seater die or will my standard RCBS seater work just fine?
