Question/clarification....

As long as the bolt has not had a smaller diameter firing pin installed with a bushing all LA firing pins should be interchangeable, correct?

I have a Tubbs speed lock and it is creating quite a crater among a wide range of powder charges. I believe it needs to have a bushing added. However in the mean time I would like to switch firing pins out to develop a load.

Thanks

they make oversize firing pins for r700. it reduces the false pressure signs when the primer flows into the oversize hole around the standard size pin
I did this on my 1911 (10mm) to reduce the primer cratering, it worked great for full house loads--was easy to had fit the pin to the hole using fine grit sand paper and a drill press--should work the same way for r700's
