question on installing kenton turret

I just received my new kenton industries turret for my Nikon monarch 4-16x42 scope. question on how to install it..sorry I guess I am making it to complicated. ha ha.... I 1st sight my gun in at 100 yards then remove old turret and install the kenton turret. I guess i just make sure when i install the kenton turret that the 0 yard mark on the new turret is facing me when i am looking down the barrell correct........... can any one help me on this ? thanks. marty.

Yes. Sight into whatever range you specified Kenton to Zero at, in your case sounds like 100 yards. Make sure you a perfectly zero'd. Remove the factory turret and install the Kenton per directions, pretty simple. the zero on the Kenton should line up with the hash mark on your scope tube.
