wantn to try some partitions in my tikka 308 for deer hunting. i lucked up and found some factory ammo in 150 and 165gr. would one be better than the other for deer?
Which ever one shoots the best is what to use. Inside 350 yards you will not see much difference but beyond that the 165 may shoot a little flatter and will have less wind deflection. A deer will not be able to tell the difference when hit by either. Put it where it is supposed to go and either will get the job done.
