Putting on a rib and sights

Thinking about picking up an MGM 20" Thompson Encore barrel in 460 S&W for woods hunting. Would anyone be willing to put a rib, full length with some kind of open sight on it. I'll probably want a a weaver type rail on it for occasional scope mounting too. If anyone does this or would do it, let me know, I'll order the barrel.
