300 RUMBO chamber reamer and 'go gauge' by Pacific Tool/Dave Kiff FS-reduced to--SOLD -
Used once by Mr. Charley Robertson at Score High Gunsmithing.
This will chambering maxes the 300 RUM case. After fire forming the cases will hold 119+ grains of water...only about 5-6 grains less than the 30-378 Wby on the cases I measured.
I believe JMDEN had this throated for the 200 grain NAB and the Wyatt mag box. With 210 Bergers and .015 from the lands my COAL is 3.915.
It makes a big boom and goes fast....it even goes straight when I do my part
The RUM is of course a great case as it stands....the reason to buy this reamer/guage is to have something different and to scratch a wildcat itch!
Hornady can make you a custom FL sizer/seater for around $170 if I remember right.
