Primary arms scopes

I have a friend who uses them and he likes them. Im thinking I'll have to buy one to try

Never heard of them. Seen it on a gun at gunbroker . Makes me wonder how many scope companies out there , that have the same performance as some of the high priced name brand scopes, but considerably cheaper.
