Price check. Browning A bolt 300 wsm

I have a guy that wants to sell me a browning A bolt, all black, synthetic stock, black barrel. Complete with box, two mags and a Leupold vari x 3 4.5-14x50 scope. Acope looks like adjustable objective. Pre-cds. Looks like 1" tube on the scope.
Any ideas on a fair value? Not sure if inwould keep it or flip it.

I think 700 would be fair but i wouldn't pay that much.
