SOLD/EXPIRED Price Check- Advice Needed

Gents,

I have an opportunity to purchase two rifles from a gentleman locally. I've purchased from him before, but I'm just not familiar with the value of the two rifles he's currently selling. Here they are. Chime in if you will.

Carolina Precision - .300 WM Built around a Winchester Super Grade action and bottom metal. Has Schnieder 1-10 7 groove barrel. Bedded in McMillan "super" stock. Tuned factory trigger to 3 lbs.

Bob Green is smith - .270 Win. Built around M700(fluted bolt)Sako extractor. Hart 4 groove barrel(not sure of twist) Bedded in Rimrock stock. All metal cerakoted.

With that being said are his rifles worth $2000 plus built around a Remington action? I just can't get with that. I can buy both of the above mentioned rifles for roughly 2k each. Not sure if I want to. If I ever had to get out of them, not sure I coud.
