Powder choice vs barrel heat/wear.

Just finishing up a F class gun for myself in 300 wm. It has a 32" 3 groove lilja and I am planning on shooting 190 bergers at 3150 fps. I wore out the last barrel with this combo with excellent results. Would like a few thought on powder choices. Thanks

H-1000......... Works great in the 300 Win 80 to 81 grains at the top end will send it on its way in a very consistent manner...........
