I can not answer what all he did to the action to I guess re-bore it, I'm not much of a gunsmith, It will hold 3 under the bolt and 1 in the chamber. If you want I can PM you his info. He owns SS Rifles which you can also find on facebook, I won't go anywhere else anymore.

You won't be disappointed in the 28 Nosler. It is a great round. I would run with a heavy bullet in the 175 to 180 grain range. It is a huge case and will perform really well. Most people are running H1000 in theirs. I have had really good luck with Retumbo in mine. Whatever you end up doing with it you will have an awesome new toy there.
