I've discovered that we're ( medical, fire, police) are not immune to doing crazy stuff. You would think we would have more self awareness. But no, we can be idiots too. had 15 full time and another eight part time medics worked for me. The females were the worst offenders. But not by much. They all thought they could talk themselves out of speeding tickets by pulling out their PM license. Bat there eyelashes at the cop. Surprisingly it works some time.

Knew a few in construction who stuck fingers into places they shouldnt and payed a price. Guy in my apprenticeship class lost 2.5 fingers reaching thru bull gears in a crane for a newspaper. I asked if the story was worth all that, just got a look
