Looks like sausage waiting to be made! Place in New Braunfels made the best wild boar sausage. Not sure if they still do wild game these days.
Go get 'em!

Build one of those cage traps and catch'em all.......single out the little ones for the smoker.....sweat cook some like a luau.......

I was lucky enough to feed one a 6.5 "pill" last week while visiting In Louisiana.

Looks like a good time waiting to happen. I'm hoping to get back out to my buddies place out by St joe Texas this year and hopefully the pigs will play along.
