Ok guys I just picked up a:
- Stevens 200 .223
- SAV Choate Tactical SA
- Millett TRS-1 4-16x50
Now I went to pick up a picatinny scope mout, and they say that pre accutriger savages, need a flat back rail, well my receiver is rounded, so now what? What do I get?
Never had this problem before, and since I cant pick up the rail locally, I need to get online and want to be double sure...
This is what I read off of EGW website:
"...Our Savage bases will work with any short or long action round back Savage rifle with a ejection port. The round back on this mount will accommodate rounded receivers, and guns that have an accu-trigger. Savages without an accu-trigger will require our flat back mount (listed separately)..."
