Pentax lightseeker 30

I purchase a rifle with this scope on it in 6-24 and 1/8 MOA. My question is this, the turret and 1/8 moa clicks on from 1-8 moa and then from 8-0 it just has 4 clicks. Does this mean that there is 8.5 moa per revolution on my scope?
