PD numbers

Here in eastern Colorado we are noticing a dramatic drop in the PD numbers this spring, towns are at half or less of there fall populations, these are in towns 30 to 40 miles apart so do not suspect disease, maybe winter kill, is any body in other areas seeing the same drop in numbers
