Passports Required for Canada and Mexico

Bad news for all of you terrorists who were planning on invading Canada or Mexico and shooting up the place. Now you are going to need a passport.

Worse news is that in order to get a passport you must have your rabies vaccinations updated.

Seems to me it is like pad locks and alarms, just going to keep the honest folks honest. The others aren't bothered by it at all.
