Everything degreased, barrel extension bedded to receiver with Loctite 620, barrel nut lubed with Sta-Lube Moly-Graphite Engine Assembly lube and torqued to 50lbs, gas block sealed with Loctite 635, gas port and barrel cleaned and purged with starting fluid and lightly oiled after everything cured. Muzzle brake is installed with Loctite 290 threadlocker, removable with a heat gun and minimal effort. I use a Geissele Reaction Rod and No-Mar products for assembly. Scope rings torqued to 18 inlbs and base torqued to 25 inlbs.
