Hey All,
I just wanted some opinions from those with 325wsm experience on a rough ladder range for a 325wsm load using 170gn Hornady SST and IMR4350. I am seeing a max of 67.0gn in the Hornady manual for this bullet and 68.4(C) for a 175gn Sierra SP at Hodgdon. (sorry for the bold but I thought it'd be an easy way to make the info clear). CCI250 mag primer is used.
The Hornady data is specifying roughly 2900fps and the Hodgdon is at about 3070fps. I contend it should be easy to push this bullet at 3000+. My thought is to try 67.0 / 67.5 /68.0gn for my ladder test.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. cheers
