Like the title says, I'm looking for people experiences with ffp scopes with pretty good glass. Unfortunately I don't live in an area where I can just go look at them first hand. What I'm hoping to find is glass that is comparable to the swarovski z6. Mainly going to be used for hunting to 400 yds but I would like the ability to stretch it out at the range to a 1000 yds. Weight of the scope isn't a huge factor,, as I have light weight rigs already.. Going on a 6.5 creed at the moment but I move stuff around so who knows what it'll go on down the road. Also budget is around 3k, for the right scope could go up. Thanks for the help.

At that budget I'd be hard pressed to not buy the Tangent Theta 315H
I've looked at them a little and read some on here about them. Do you have one?

With that budget and basic description of your rig, I'd have really hard look at the Zero Compromise ZC527. I just put one of these on my 6.5CM match rifle. I don't have a ton of time behind it yet, but so far it's proving to be an incredible piece of glass. If you look over on Snipershide for reviews from their optics pros (LowLight, Glassaholic, etc) it ranks well above heavyweights like NF, Kahles and S&B and runs almost dead heat with much more expensive offerings from Tangent Theta. It's one of the only optics to score 100% on their annual tracking test other than the Tangent Theta (that list includes pretty much every major optics brand).
Other options I'd look at that are all outstanding (and other than the Tangent, within your budget too):
- TT 525P
- Minox ZP5
- Kahles K525
If you want a lower zoom range and save a few hundred $$, substitute the3-15/3-18/4-20 versions of the above recommendations.

Just checked and looks like they have a 527 with the MPCT2 reticle (that's the one I run, it's traditional "tree" very clean/clear easy to read), they also have a 420 in stock but it's the MPCT3x reticle which I am not a huge fan of. I had to wait a while to get mine but it was sooooo worth it.

I have the K525i. Compared to the ZCO I have, I'd go ZCO all day long. It's heavier though but like it more overall
