I think that's a collared peccary (aka Pecari tajacu / javelina) and not a feral domestic pig (Sus Domesticus) or a wild boar (Sus scrofa). Can't be sure because the collar is only partially visible and could be natural coloration on a feral domestic hog. If it's a real runt though, that's almost certainly a peccary. Cook thoroughly. Winter is the best time to get them. In summer, in the deserts at least, their diet changes to heavily favor cactus which fills them with oxalic acid.
Interestingly, peccaries are not pigs even though they're nearly indistinguishable from a purely external morphological view. They're pretty far removed from domesticated swine and from wild boar being in a completely different family though within the same order and suborder.
