I have a 45 caliber Thompson Center Omega where we've ran three pellets of triple seven and a 200 grain hornady sst. The groups with this combination have been less that ideal if you want to shoot past 100 yards.
I was thinking about the 290 grain bore driver eldx but wasn't sure on the pressure since the book only has information up to 255 grain bullets.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.
