Ouch!!!!! I didn't realize automotive injectors were that much, best I found was 1400 bones for a set after cores on Ebay. If it makes you feel better I changed a set in a tractor that ran $1200 a wack and $12,000 for the pump. Clean fuel, conditioner and working the engine are essential with this ultra low sulfur.

I have an '05. These years were prone to bad injectors. Might check for warranty?

When mine went I was able to just put different injector nozzles on them to solve my problems. It was a cheaper alternative.

Otherwise check the diesel forums ie. diesel bombers. There are alot of guys going with bigger injectors where you might be able to get a deal.
