Hello all,
I got bitten by the long range bug last hunting season and have been lurking this site ever since. I am not new to hunting or shooting but have never done anything that would be considered long range by most. I have killed most of my animals in the 200-300 yard range with my furthest being a beautiful Oregon Blacktail at 317 yards.
For my long range rigs I have a Winchester model 70 classic stainless in 300 WSM from 2003, and a Remington 700 Sendero SFII in .264 Win Mag I purchased new in November of last year.
This is by far the best website I have found for anything dealing with long range hunting and I look forward to spending more time on this site learning everything I can.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to make this site what is,
Russel
