Since Nikon is supposedly no longer makes scopes, do you know who is supposed to honor their warranty?

No lifetime warranty after 2019. Since they discontinued scope sales warranty varies depending on product. It's online if interested. Some are limited, some are one year, some are 5 year. None are full lifetime anymore. That deal is done. That's right from the horses (Nikon's) mouth.
