The Nikon Buckmasters 6X18 BDC looks good to me & so does the 4.5X14 for that matter. I have heard these circles cover
1 MOA, but at what power? Ian, I saw the ad in the AM as well as your previous comments here, but if you mentioned it I have forgotten.

The circles are bigger than one minute, range from two to three depending on the scope and power. They are not too big, work real well for aiming points.

I am not sure of the size but me and Bill Bailey got to test he BDC reticles at the Nikon Long shot challange in texas. I really liked it. I was able to on my first shot hit the vitals of a steel deer at 500yds and the just to play I was able to land the second shot right between the bucks eyes. You will like the scopes

Just checked the subtensions in my Nikon catalog--

6-18, and 4.5-14X ID=1.5 IPHY, and OD=2.0 IPHY @ each scopes highest power.
